AND THE WAR, THE WAR

There are those who feel so much pain
And those who see only horror
There's a child who died today
And his dad said, "He's gone
But where has he gone
Perhaps to a better world?"
There are those who destroy a school
And those who bomb a hospital
There are those who want to see children starve
And those who are just a despicable President
And there are always those who want war
But what will they do if peace comes?
And the war, the war
The war is fine, it's fine
All you need is a bomb, a bomb
That explodes over your head
And you are dead
And the war, the war
The war is in vain, it's in vain
All you need are people with salt in their head
Who when they talk about peace
Wants to end the massacre
There are those who invade a country
And those who applaud them
There are those who think that to be elected
They have to lie to get ovations
And there are always people who believe it
And then regret having voted for them
There are those who only watch Fox Crap News
And then vote as Trump wants
There are those who are just mad
And those who can think with their head
And there's always someone who protests
And says the war must now end
And the war, the war
The war is fine, it's fine
All you need is a bomb, a bomb
That explodes over your head
And you are just dead
And the war, the war
The war is in vain, it's in vain
All you need are people with salt in their head
Who when they talk about peace
Wants to end the massacre
And the peace, the peace
And the peace is fine, it's fine
All it takes is signing an agreement
To end the slaughter
And the war will be over!
